Guest information should stay quiet and useful.

RSVPKit is currently running a limited pilot. This notice explains the information the product needs to run an event and the controls available to guests and organizers.

Information RSVPKit processes

Organizers provide account, workspace, and event details. Guests provide their name, email address, RSVP choice, additional guest names, and any optional note requested for the event. People who request information about the pilot provide their name, email, organization if supplied, and a short description of their event.

How that information is used

The information is used to operate the event: save and update responses, send RSVP and approval emails, show the organizer an event guest list, and create organizer-requested exports. Pilot inquiry details are used only to respond about RSVPKit and evaluate whether the event fits the pilot. RSVPKit does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The event organizer and authorized members of their RSVPKit workspace can see event responses. Service providers that host the application, database, authentication, and transactional email may process the minimum information needed to deliver those services.

Guest controls

A private link lets a guest update or delete their response without creating an account. It appears on the confirmation screen immediately after replying, and in the RSVP email so it can be found again later. Organizers can also correct or remove an event response.

Retention and pilot support

Event information is retained while it is needed for the organizer's event and operational follow-up, then removed according to RSVPKit's configured retention process. During the pilot, limited technical logs and aggregate workflow metrics may be used to diagnose delivery, reliability, and usability issues.
